Clarke finds himself on the wrong side of the law

The case against a 63-year-old company director will continue in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on April 18.

It is alleged that Grady McIntosh Clarke, of Peronne Gap, Worthing, Christ Church, assaulted Austin Stoute on January 2, occasioning him actual bodily harm.

The head of the Caribbean Credit Bureau is also accused of unlawfully damaging a motorcar belonging to Stoute without lawful excuse on the same day.

There were no objections to his bail by the prosecutor after Clarke denied the charges leveled against him.
