Hall to appear in court on firearm and drug charges

Twenty-one-year-old Nikolas Ishmael Raheem Hall of #1 Halls Village, St James will appear at the Holetown Magistrates’ Court tomorrow on a number of firearm and drug related offences.

He is charged with the unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of six rounds of ammunition and unlawful possession of 28 grams of cannabis.

On Monday, Hall was arrested by members of the Anti-gun unit of the Royal Barbados Police Force.

Hall, who was the pillion rider on a motorcycle, was not wearing a helmet when he encountered the lawmen along Husbands Road, St James.

He was pursued by the officers, who subsequently nabbed him.

The officers searched Hall and they found the firearm, ammunition and drugs in his possession.
