“On approaching the area of the Israel Lovell Foundation, the motor car struck an embankment which resulted in Byer losing control and subsequently colliding with a guard wall to the front of the Israel Lovell Foundation.”

Come on Peoples!!! This has to be the POOREST News Reporting of ALL Time.

So this reporter says that this what a preliminary investigation showed, which is NONSENSE, the Car was being driven by Byer, and i was NOT there, but as a Licensed Vehicle Driver since 1964, and after Driving in Holland, The UK, The USA, and since 1970 in Canada, under some very trying Conditions, i can safely say, that, that car did NOT just up and decided that it was time to Hit an Embankment, Mr.Byer for what ever Reason (Distracted, Drinking, Cellphone ) LOST Control of that vehicle which subsequently lead to it (The Vehicle) colliding with a guard wall to the front of the Israel Lovell Foundation.
It was Driver error of some type, that caused the COLLISION.

And PLEASE!!!! REFRAIN fron calling them “ACCIDENTS” they are COLLISIONS.
