Forde pleads not guilty to drug charge

A 66-year-old caretaker was granted $1,500 bail today after appearing before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court to answer a drug-related charge.

Charles Henderson Forde, of Lower Bay Street, St Michael, is accused of having an apparatus in his possession on November 28 for the misuse of cocaine.

However, he was released after pleading not guilty to the charge.

The accused man returns to court on March 7.
