Lord mek peace! During my school days when the sugarcane crop was in progress the cane cutters, man or woman had to wrapp up their Collins or English cane bill in burlapp or newspapers to walk along the main road, if not; lets say the district ‘B’ police Land Rover or island counstable saw you, you would be in offence and summoned to see the station sergent.
