Man shot during daring daylight robbery

Police are investigating a shooting incident which occurred at Buckley Plantation, St George this morning.

The Supervisor / Manager, 64-year-old Charles Bynoe was shot during the incident.

At around 11:05, Bynoe returned to the plantation when he encountered two men, one armed with a firearm. In the process of a robbery, the assailants fired two shots at Bynoe, before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed sum of money.

Bynoe was shot in his left foot and was transported by ambulance to the QEH for medical attention.

The police are asking anyone who can provide information to assist with their investigations to contact the District ‘B’ Police Station at telephone 437-4311, CID Oistins at 418-2608, police emergency 211, Crime Stoppers at 1800 (TIPS) 8477 or the nearest police station.

    Install camera’s?
    Correct me if i am incorrect but as far as i am aware that evidence is not accepted in our court’s of law.
