Hoyte sent up for 28 days

A 24-year-old man, accused of having five rounds of ammunition, got an automatic 28-day stay at HMP Dodds today.

Rachad Roudolf Hoyte, of 3rd Avenue Chapman Lane, St Michael, was not required to plead to the indictable charge, which allegedly occurred on October 10.

Hoyte, who is represented by attorney-at-law Romain Marshall, will make his next appearance before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant on December 5.
