St Thomas man charged with aggravated burglary

Police have charged 35-year-old Rommel Antonio Larone Daniel of Airy Cot, St Thomas with aggravated burglary, following the August 31 incident in which two women were chopped multiple times at Road View, St Peter.

Any time you try to chop someone up it should be attempted murder! What is this madness bout here with “aggravated burglary” for chopping someone up and nearly killing them? I pray for the tourist around here the should fall victim to an “aggravated burglary” attack with a cutlass. Go tell it to the Devil.

Is there a legal practitioner out there who can explain how these charges are applied and what constitutes attempted murder?

Read, read and read some more and then try to understand. Anybody see the charge “assault occasioning actual bodily harm”. Anybody notice that he is appearing in both District F and District E” IN RELATION TO OTHER MATTERS”. I read it and trying to make sense because the journalist ain’t making no lot of sense. It is a bit confusing, but he has to go to the High Court, he gine ask that all his matters be dispensed at the same time. He gine get his just reward.

The Police should make it easy for him to escape custody and into the hands of the families of the two women he chopped up.
Let them deal wid he right hand and left shin bone to suit.

Them charges can be upgraded from aggressive robbery to serious body harm to attended murder who know the law would know that if the fine was payed it wouldn’t make a difference because he have outstanding and pending charges that would stick or the prosecutor can use he a threat to society and a flight risk to be real he did want talking to the fish point blank

The man smarter that them, he has pleaded guilty at what they call the low court or kangaroo court so they send the matter to the high court for him to be sentence. He probably know that the penalty would not be as harsh as the high court. The charge for the cutlass attack should be attempted murder and if found guilty is 15 years plus and its 2 people that he should be charged for so he could be looking at 25 at the lease.

The charge I have for him is different,it involves hooking jumper cables to the said battery and placing them on his balls.
