You didnt say that but you are alluding to “hustling” on the roads by minivans on an article about an accident involving a minivan, dont you see the connection?

In the pic I can see the minivan on his side but that is just one picture.

Im sorry for his fam and friends for the loss

You clearly put the driver in the wrong. Look at that picture, the van is on his side.. You don’t know what happened here. How can you assume that because of his “hustle” the van driver caused the accident?

These PSVs have a bad reputation, so they will always get the wrong even if they’re right

This looks bad.. Pray everyone gets over the trauma and Rip to all road victims…..

The condition of the roads are more important than putting on parties and parades. This independence cancel everything and use the money to fix the roads. I been asking for this for the longest time… Annnnnnnnnnnnnnd road safety officers… Road cameras….. Something… Anything…. The people of this country deserve some respect. Give them the basics please.

At this junction, cars traveling east to st george and wanting to turn right come to a stop but cars behind do not realize til after they clear the corner and either run into back of stopped car or swerve into oncoming traffic.

@Veronica Boyce, why you`ll have a problem with pix of accident victims and now you have a problem with the picture of the car, why don`t you ban all picture taking instruments? Have you seen the pictures of destruction that the hurricanes: Harvey, Irma and Jose done to those places? Do you have a problem with them too? Just go back to sleep where ever your are.

The deceased person is visible in the photo. I had the same thoughts. There is nothing wrong with taking a photo of the car but the body shouldn’t be shown even if it’s the head. It makes it worse for the family.

When will the government / police get serious about removing the licenses of multi time offenders? Instead of making money off of them BAN THEM FROM THE ROAD!!!!!!

Hcindre you still have to be sensitive. its not like BT is some ordinary citizen taking a WhatsApp pic. That I can excuse.

suppose it had been your mother who was raped. would you like a pic of her naked body in a cane field spread all over the newspaper even if she was a nameless ‘she’?

    I think not.

A mirror needs to be replaced there. That location is where accidents are waiting to happen. Drivers accelarate in that curve instead of slowing downand any driver exiting to turn right are at the grace of God. Another area that needs to be consider is the area out side the Oistins Magistrate court. Ther should be a stop sign instead of a “giveway sign” those drives that are coming from enterprisie should giveaway to the drivers coming from Thornbury Hill. It is the Yjunction. Those driver coming from Oisitns main road should have to stop . it is just a matter of changing the signs.
