Missing St Michael teen found

The police say 18-year-old Sontia Anshani Richards has been traced and is safe.

Richards, of Reservoir Road, Lodge Hill, was reported missing on Wednesday, August 30.

The Royal Barbados Police Force thanks the public and the media for their assistance in this matter and looks forward to their continued cooperation in the future.

    When will something be done about these girls that go missing and their parents? It is not good enough to say they are missing then come back to say they were found and thank you. We are glad they were found but it is not good enough. Both the “lost” person and their parents need counseling. What might have caused this? How to prevent a similar occurrence. This is why everything wrong is happening. Things left unchecked escalates.
