This is a similar incident to what happened many ago when a church group from Barbados were visiting Dominica, and the vehicle they were in plunged over a cliff, killing everyone I think. Anyway, my condolences extend to the people of Dominica as they come to grips with this tragedy.

Condolences to family and friends . A nasty bit of road where I was caught once while driving in some very unpleasant weather conditions.
