Jackie Agard A careless accident caused by the carelessness and gross negligence of the two drivers of the trucks. They were trying to overtake each other, resulting in the unfortunate demise of this lady. Accidents can be avoided if people would exercise more care and considerate of others. Accidents just don’t happen , accidents are caused. There are nothing in this world that happens by mere chance. The sad thing the culprits have their lives
