Arthur injured in collision with ZR

Former Prime Minister Owen Arthur was forced to seek private medical attention this evening for neck and back pains after he was involved in a collision with a ZR at Wanstead, St James.

Arthur, 67, was taken by his wife Julie to Sandy Crest for medical attention following the 5:30 PM accident, involving his silver Suzuki vehicle and ZR 250, which was carrying 13 Route 3 passengers at the time.

Arthur’s injuries are not life threatening.

I am happy that he has no serious injuries and that the route Taxi was on the straight road.

Why? Because the zr was driving on the main road and a vehicle pulled out of a side road crossing his path?

I want to know how wanna know that the zr driver was in the wrong. Yes, most of them behave like they own a license to kill, but who is to say that Alleyne …I mean Owen wasn’t at fault? Time will tell… (note that I said time and not investigative reporting by the local media, as that is a long lost cause).

Maybe something will change now…it’s getting close to home. ..only when it affects the people at the top will laws and regulations change. ..hopefully Mr . Arthur is ok…

Glad that all – Mr Arthur and the persons in the ZR are ok. I just don’t understand Mar Git’s response which reads ” So what, car hardly damaged, saw worse”. Very insensitive remark.
