Farley gets two years for stealing a television

todays courtA 21-year-old man, who pleaded guilty in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court to stealing a television set, was Friday sentenced to two years in jail by Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant.

However, the sentence handed down against Shaquille Farley of 3rd Avenue Park Road, Bush Hall, St Michael will run concurrently with another two year sentence imposed on him on June 24, but had been suspended on condition that he stayed out of trouble with the law.

“Dah means I would only have to spend two years cause concurrent means . . . [running together],” Farley said before the magistrate interrupted him.

The offence occurred on May 19 this year and the property was not recovered.

The boy thinks half is much more than 50%. He’ll be back in the box very soon after his time is served.
I wonder if he gets to watch a little TV at the corral ?
The Judgement is harsh. I feel this Judge takes out things on anyone who come before him because he don’t have any say at his home . In most cases people take out their frustration on the outside ,because they usually are yes men, and yes women at home. Say it ain’t so Ma Guffy; A mean Ma Cuffy.
