NUPW sticks with McDowall

Akanni McDowall has survived a no-confidence motion to remain President of the National Union Public Workers.

At a packed meeting at the union’s Dalkeith headquarters, 168 voters stood behind McDowall, 45 voted against him and seven abstained.

    President That doing something for us the former President
    Was a Big D! N fraudcaused he n Derrick used to drink
    Together in the same Nupw! The Dem in want to give the
    Public workers a raise a paid! Derek Alleyne should be
    Shame, he laid off is own worker that used to looked
    Up to him went he was at the union!
    Went his contract out I hope he doesn’t feel he could
    Walk back into the Nupw! that is 1 time I will be leaving
    The union. Thanks god I don’t have to go caused
