The system sometimes is responsible for the actions or lack action when dealing with certain indivisuals . Here we have a career criminal .One would think that he once got off something as serious as rape . Maybe he did it may be he didn’t but,he beat that anyway ..This man could still be in prison if he was sentenced then , but instead here he is in the news again embarrassing Barbadians with his behavior.
I guess he somehow thought that he beat the system once before and he can do it again. I do hope that his sentence would serve as a deterrent to the many lawless young men just waiting to prey on our friends, families ,and our guest.

He likes to prey on tourists from the looks of it. Perhaps been doing it all his life, time to chain him down.
