I felt an earthquake at about 10:30 Pm on Tuesday night in the parish of St. Peter. This was hours before Wednesday morning’s earthquake. I was on the phone with a friend when I felt the earthquake. I told my friend that I felt a quake. There were two quqkes and not one. I am not sure if anyone else felt Tuesday night’s quake in Mile-and- a quarter area.
