    these youngsters are jokers/imbeciles
schools co-education and female teachers to blame

bring back capital punishment—-lethal injection if the they aint want the gallows
    Return to single-sex schools
    Recruit more males in Teaching
Female attitudes/behaviour tend to run men from the workplace ,Men cannot really tolerate such behaviour
I love women though, don’t get me wrong but lets face reality

Too many of our youth are becoming criminals or in jail. Something needs to be done urgently to deal with this epidemic! They are the future of the nation.

Wasteman, aka genetically modified vagabond. He should be walking all the way to Dodds City wearing three shoes two on his feet and one dead in his ass, lock him up and throw away the key.

@ Dave. For someone who claims to love females, you sure do come over as being misogynistic.

As I said before, visit DODDS, see who is there, there we go again , a newer face ,at 18, same people ,see his address ,see his parents, only one group in Barbados, seems to commit crime and this level of crime.

Barbadians are more reactive than proactive. In addition to being judgmental. Rather than focus on the root cause of the social ills, they look for escape routes, by blaming co-education, the church, and boys being disadvantage cause there are more females teachers than males.

None of the expressed opinion, addresses the situation or prevent the males from the destructive path they are taking.

Let us get serious and focus on the root cause of the social ills confronting our boys. There are too many homes without a father figure . Boys lack proper guidance during their formative years. Rather than focus on books , their minds are more on sexual activity, alcohol consumption, drugs all a recipe for deviant behaviour.

It is so sad to young lives being wasted like this, only 18 and it would appear that that life for him would never be the same again. Where did he get the gun? When we were teenagers in the 50s and 60s, our parents didn’t have much, but we seem to be happier. There was usually a father our father figure to keep us boys and girls in check. Sadly that does not appear to be the case these days. Barbados in not unique in this. It is a global concern. No father figure to guide their children. These days when young people get to certain age, they disrespect their mothers and are out of control and there is a breakdown in mother and children relationships. And I do aggree that drugs and alcohol is a lot to do with their behaviour. No parental discapline, no repect, and bad attitudes are in most cases are causes for their selfdistruction.
