Man charged with St Philip shooting

A St Philip man has been slapped with two charges relating to a shooting incident which occurred in the same parish earlier this week.

Douglas Fitzgerald Dacosta Hurdle, 49, of Work Hall St. Philip is expected to appear at the District ‘C’ Magistrates Court today to answer charges of  wounding with intent and use of a firearm, in relation to a shooting incident at Ruby Tenantry, St. Philip on June 30, 2015.

During the incident, Anthony Prescott was shot twice, in the chest and left leg. He was transported to hospital where he underwent surgery.

    What will the COURT do with him ? . Will he be sent to the 5 Star at DODDS CITY to relax with some of his friends? .
