Man hurt after falling through bus window

An elderly man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) for medical attention tonight after he fell out of a minibus at the junction between Kendal Hill and Vauxhall, Christ Church.

Barbados TODAY understands from witnesses at the scene that Franklyn Harvey, in his 70’s, of Chelsea Road, St Michael was leaning on the window located directly behind the driver’s seat of the Bridgetown-bound, Silver Hill, Gall Hill and Newton minibus when he fell and was injured.

Harvey, who sustained several cuts and bruises, landed in front of a RAV 4 driven by Patrick Knight that was headed in the opposite direction.

    As jr smith said another day in paradise, only in BIM who at fault here now the conductor, driver or old man this time mini bus burst, how unfortunate for everyone
