How come it didn’t take THIRTY (30) days for the Police to file a murder charge against this youngster?

And he had to walk to court, no ride to the court house in a Maroon Grand Vitara, no escort by a Superintendent, no request for bail?

What was so different about this guy? Oh yes, he is not a Police Officer charged with Murder!!!
