Missing man found safe

Akeem Kennedy who was added to police missing list over the weekend after last being seen on March 24th “has been traced and is safe”, police reported tonight.

In a brief statement issued a short while ago, police thanked the public and media for their support and assistance.

Kennedy, 25, of Sunny Meadows, Nursery #2, St Philip left his workplace around 10 p.m. last Tuesday and police reported in a missing person bulletin issued yesterday that he had not been seen since.

    Sometimes it doesn’t surprise me that people don’t go looking, these people that just go off somewhere and don’t have the decency to call somebody letting them know they are safe, its selfish and pathetic

    Many years ago a Trinidad calypso artists sang song such as “Paul yuh mudda calling” . Barbados’ ” Can’ find Hall” and a few others over the years. Glad to know he’s well. Remember to call home young folk.
