The 31-year-old resident of Phillip’s Road, Pinelands, St Michael, who is represented by attorney-at-law Arthur Holder, will return to the District “A” Magistrates’ Court on April 24.

Yearwood, formerly of Hilltop, Pinelands, St Michael, and Hinds were reportedly involved in an altercation at Princess Royal Avenue on March 12.

Yearwood was struck in his head with an object and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH). He was released but sometime later he was hospitalized again and he died at the QEH.

Talks about racism and anachronistic prime ministers using republic talks as smoke screens are permissible, but the death of an innocent man and answers, are being policed by some media outlets………Justice for Selwyn. A man who struck another man in the head was charged with serious bodily harm- the man who was struck was patched up and released from the QEH, but later readmitted and died as a result of his initial injuries……The lady who allegedly hired someone to murder her ex was also charged along with two others, one man even being apprehended at GAIA while trying to flee the island. How is it that charges can be made swiftly, burglars jailed and all, but in a case where a fellow lawman is involved, all of a sudden “procedure has to be followed…an investigation is underway…..two weeks approx. after a man’s shooting” Justice is not something we should be given based on who we know, it should be given based on the wrong committed. JUSTICE FOR SELWYN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well said Ryan. The system only serve and protect their kind. Magistrate, lawyers, prosecutors, police, etc they protect each other. There’s no justice for normal civilians like me and you.
Yes I heard he was in relationship with the guy, that’s why he ran into his property. I can’t understand that 3 men ran into his place, the first one wasn’t shot but the two behind that followed were. Does not make sense. This officer should be in prison awaiting trail. Cold blooded murder that’s what he is

We should keep spreading awareness, but i can’t speculate as to the allegations of anyone being in a relationship, neither would i post such. I am merely listing the evidence as it was released via media outlets. We need justice but we also do no not want to prejudice any ongoing investigations.

This is what this guy said in response to this same post i have on my timeline. I think some people simply read to reply and not to understand.

I have one question for you. Where you there. Did you see what occurred that morning. Have you spoken to any witnesses. People like you love to talk and talk but don’t listen. I hope the time never comes when you need someone to write on your behalf . Just saying. I don’t know. Maybe if a man raped your mother and procedure is follow then you would understand. Just saying. Maybe things are done differently. Maybe the investigation should take it course and then we comment and not before. And then there’s all this talk about man and burglar were involved. Wow. Have anyone forgotten that I can easily say to you. You are one of them too. Only thing is you are in the closet. Ya should come out. Just saying. What if your ex says (That’s if you got one) Ryan Williams have Aids and I just want everyone to know. he’s bad and does go around giving it to nice ladies like me. Now the hell would you feel. Well I’m just saying. Food for thought. Now Study it”.
