Special winners

It was an action-packed day at the National Stadium when hundreds of athletes, parents, guardians, well-wishers and volunteers gathered for the annual Special Olympics Barbados Track and Field Meet.

Several athletes caught the eye including Sharnara Cain, Serenity Small, Jabarry Reid, Shena Jordan, and a host of others, who all went after that desired victory in their respective events. In the end, they all left the National Stadium as winners.

Barbados TODAY captured some of their moments in this pictorial review.
