Remains found in St Andrew

Police are investigating reports of the discovery of what appears to be human remains in a desolate area in rural St Andrew.

A group of hikers today spotted what they believe to be a decomposed body.

They say they were literally stopped in their tracks by a very pungent smell, as they sought to manoeuvre through the hilly terrain, close to an area known as The Choyce, located on the island’s northeast coast.

The naked body, which appeared to be in an advanced stage of decay, was also said to be crouched.

A pair of blue track pants with white stripes was seen further up the hill, a few metres away from the body, the hikers told Barbados TODAY.

Lawmen are yet to confirm the reports.

There is a share button and a comment button. That makes no sense Ronald Hazell. When u like a post it doesn’t share it.

The “Like vs Share” thing again???? And then Facebook added “Follow” to make it even more complicated… anyways just do what I do… “Comment” and leave people alone. By the way when you Like, Share, and Comment the post is shared, albeit in different ways… Comment and Follow to get updates on the discussion

I simply cannot believe that 90 percent of the comments are arguments about whether to like or not like a story. Are you serious here? What about the actual content here, what about the terrible discovery these poor hikers made, that alone must haunt them big time for the rest of their lives. I suppose its more important to have a big time quarrel about the given features of FB being like, comment share. Lord have Mercy you are all a big joke

People are so dumb my god. The liking does not actually mean that the persons found pleasure in reading the story. As was stated earlier it is a sign of acknowledgement. Stupse.

Bajans are so argumentative without cause, what wunna should stand up and argue about you don’t but arguing over a ‘like”. *anonymous name liked post* is how I saw this in my feed so thanks for the ‘like’ especially seeing that one of my childhood friends happens to be one of the persons missing right now. May this individual R.I.P.

If one chooses to like a story what is the problem? People want to tell others what to like and what not to like??? Obviously some people don’t understand facebook, liking, sharing and commenting.

Cud be they’re glad that the body was discovered and police can now instigate into the matter and hopefully catch the perpetrators. It’s good to look at things blindsided sometimes.
