Grazettes Primary closes for the week

There has been another disruption to classes at the Grazettes Primary School.

It will now be closed for the remainder of the week while, according to a statement from the Government Information Service, “the ministry seeks to arrange for alternative accommodation for the school population”.

Chief Education Officer Laurie King said that, in the meantime, the ministry would “continue to address the lingering effects of the fogging exercise which was conducted at the Grazettes, St. Michael institution at the beginning of the school term”.

Meanwhile, all members of staff – teachers and ancillary workers – have been requested to attend a meeting at the ministry’s headquarters tomorrow at 2 pm.

There are plenty of empty buildings in Bim. The Children should be transferred to neighbouring primary schools or Teach them in a church.
