Cooking gas prices go up

Barbadians are today digging deeper in their pockets to pay for cooking gas as the prices go up yet again.

Effective midnight, the price of the 100 pound cylinder increased by $4.75 to $178.05.

The 25 pound cylinder is now being sold at $49.60, a price hike of $1.15, while the 22 pound cylinder now costs $43.85, that is $1.05 more.

The 20 pound cylinder is now selling $39.85, an increase of 95 cents.
