Nation reporter Barry Alleyne was questioned this morning by investigators at the District “A” Police Station, following the incident last July.

The matter has been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions for criminal investigation.

Today, Alleyne, accompanied by his lawyer Ezra Alleyne and supported by his publisher Vivian-Anne Gittens, editor-in-chief Roy Morris and associate editors Tim Slinger and Eric Smith, entered the station just around 9:30 a.m. and emerged about 45 minutes later.
