West Terrace and St Stephens are the kings and queens of primary school sports.

West Terrace Primary, which held both crowns, gave up the girls’ title but

held on to the boys’ when the National Primary Schools Athletic Championships finals came off today at the National Stadium.

They ended the day on 91 points, barely edging out Charles F Broome by four points. The Luther Thorne Memorial boys took third spot with 83.

With a whopping 125 points, St Stephens Primary ran away with the girls’ title for the first time.

Their nearest rival was Charles F Broome on 78 points, followed by Lawrence T Gay Memorial with 58 points.
