Melon Tango

2 cups melon, cubed

Juice of 2 oranges

2 cups fresh coconut water

2 tsp sugar

A pinch of black salt

Method:

Blend the melon in a liquidiser. Strain it.

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Serve chilled, poured into glasses and garnished with mint leaves.
