Christ Church girls rewarded

The athletes of Christ Church Girls School have been showered in gold, silver and bronze awards by sponsors KFC following their performances on the track at the recently held annual sports meet.†At the recently held presentation ceremony, KFC marketing coordinator Shekelia Barrow congratulated all the competitors on their diligence and dedication to sporting excellence.

“Christ Church Girls School is always impressive in its approach to athletics and this year is no exception. KFC is not only pleased to be supporting this team, we know that they will do well in their Zone and also make us as sponsors, along with their parents and dedicated teachers very proud at the upcoming NAPSAC championships.”

While competitors in all divisions including the infants were rewarded, the big prizes went to victrix ludorum and Under-13 champion Misha Nelson, Under-11 champion Akaya Glasgow and Under-9 champion Ryanna Goodridge, all hailing from the victorious Gold House. House champions Jalyssa Harewod of Purple, Shania Collymore for Blue and Tamara Pile of Red House were also recognised for their contributions.
