The relays are still to be run at St. Giles Primary School and by next week the final decisions will be in.

But yesterday the athletes of Brewster ‘Yellow’ House performed well to take the lead in the race for glory with 302 points. In second position is Green ‘Cumberbatch’ House with 287 points, while in third is Adams ‘Blue’ House with 285 points and in fourth spot is Parris ‘Red’ House on 255 points.

In Under-9 action Yellow House’s Serena Edwards copped 34 points to come out tops in her age-group and also took the victrix ludorum title. Blue House’s Demario Agard with 26 points was the top boy in this age group.

Victor ludorum was Jamario St. Hill of Yellow House. Competing in the Under-11 category, St. Hill tallied 30 points while taking wins in the 100m and 400m. The Under-11 girls’ champion was Jaliyah Clarke who got 31 points for Green House. She had victories in the 400m and 100m.

Blue House’s Maleik Peart was the stand-out among the Under-13 boys gaining 28 points, while Jaleen Douglas with 31 points, was the top girl in this age group. Peart had wins in the 100m and 200m, while Douglas was all effort in taking the 400m. †
