    If the hospital is not generating enough money to manage its operations, how would it be able to “engage the private sector…”? Will the private sector be offering patient care freely? Once more, Mr James has spoken without listening to himself. I do believe that he is brain weary. He may need to let someone edit his lectures before he delivers them.
