3/4 cup dates
3/4 cup coconut shreds
Required: Four very ripe plantains (when the skin is yellow with spots of black they’re perfect), cooking spray.
1 bunch beets with greens
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
6 Eggland’s Best eggs, hard cooked
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
5 gallons Apple Juice
4 black teabags (English or Irish Breakfast)
