An excited Johan Holder proved to be the luckiest of RUBIS’ customers, walking away with the biggest prize in their Big 5 promotion.

The St Michael resident is the winner of $25 000 in prizes courtesy of RUBIS and their partners. They include $5,000 in Ultra Tec fuel; $5 000 cash; a $5,000 shopping spree at Sheraton Mall; a $5,000 Going Places travel card; and 50,000 Massy Reward points valued at $5,000.

The Big 5 campaign was developed as part of the energy company’s ongoing fifth anniversary celebrations.

Holder said while she patronizes several RUBIS stations, her winning entry form came from the Sunset Crest, St James service station.

The RUBIS promotion began in September and ran for eight weeks. Customers who spent $50 in Ultra Tec fuel or Total Lubricants, or refilled their Rubigas cylinders, received an entry form that gave them an opportunity to win the grand prize bundle.

Customers also received a Big 5 dangler and many could be seen hanging inside vehicles during the campaign. The Rubis Rider gave out instant prizes to customers spotted with the danglers. There were over 500 instant prizes, including RUBIS fuel vouchers, valued up to $500.

The RUBIS Big 5 promotion is also being held in Grenada and St Lucia. More activities are planned at Rubis service stations across the region over the Christmas period.
