9.10 when. This timing seems incorrect. I heard about this around 6

Here is the most practical question posed the Royal Barbados Police Senior Officers! Where is the ammunition for these illegal fire arms being supplied? I in all of my lifetime and military service have never seen an empty chambered fire-arm do anything but stay in your possession as do a powder-puff! The caliber and quantity of rounds imported should be listed by customs agents and distribution quotas recorded. Sales receipts should be triplicated and sent to Public Safety department of the Royal Barbados Police.
