Brathwaite on bail on assault charge

courtA St Michael man who appeared before a Bridgetown magistrate on assault charges was granted bail on the condition that he stay away from his alleged victim.

Tuesday, Dwayne Omar Anthony Brathwaite, 31, of 3rd Avenue, Eckstein Village, Tudor Bridge refuted claims that he unlawfully assaulted Juliette Weekes
on October 10.

With no objections from the police prosecutor, Brathwaite was granted $3 000 bail with one surety.

He will reappear in court on January 10, 2017.
