courtForty-two-year old Nicole Herbert was today released on bail after appearing before the Oistins Magistrates Court accused of assaulting a man.

Herbert, of Best Road, Lodge Road, Christ Church is charged with unlawfully assaulting Kingsley Roberts on October 6.

She is also accused of damaging a windscreen belonging to Roberts on the same day.
