Four injured in collision

Four people were injured in a two-car collision early this morning along Mangrove Road, St Philip.

One of the vehicles was driven by 35-year-old Arlene Greaves-Eastmond of Sunny Meadows, St Philip, who was travelling with her two sons at the time of the accident.

Greaves-Eastmond complained of numbness to the legs while her 16-year-old son Alex Sealy experienced pains to chest and his eight-year-old brother Allan Mason sustained an injury to his nose bridge and left leg.

The other driver, 26-year-old Damon Small of Gall Hill Development, St John, complained of injuries to both his legs and right elbow.

    We clearly need either wider roads, or narrower cars.

    Or we need to jail irresponsible drivers. No driver travelling at the speed limit can do this amount of damage to their vehicle.
