Graham warned to stay away from alleged victim

A 42-year-old St Michael man was released on $5 000 bail on an assault charge yesterday, but has been warned to stay away from his alleged victim.

Stephen Jeffrey Graham, of Lower Mapp Hill, is accused of assaulting Casandra Miller on October 3, occasioning her actual bodily harm.

When he appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court, Graham, who was represented by attorney-at-law Damien Sands, said he was not guilty of the offence.

He returns to court on January 9, 2017.
