Althea Cumberbatch-Edwards, 36, of Mission Gap, Brittons Hill, pleaded guilty to assaulting Mark Stuart on June 30, 2016, when she appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the No.1 District ‘A’ Magistrates Court today.

According to Prosecutor Sargeant Neville Watson, on the day in question, Stuart was changing Cumberbatch-Edwards’ meter when he recognized a leak, tried to turn off the pipe, and informed her of the situation. However, the woman reportedly kicked him on his left hand instead.
