Body found in St Peter

Police are investigating the discovery of the body of a man this evening in St Peter.

Police public relations officer Inspector Roland Cobbler told Barbados TODAY that officers were on patrol in Bakers, St Peter after five o’clock when they encountered a car parked off the road in a wooded area. Upon closer inspection they observed what appeared to be the motionless body of a male in the front passenger’s seat.

Barbados TODAY will have more details as they become available.

Inspector Cobbler reported that lawmen are also investigating a stabbing in Oistins tonight.
