Not true!

The state run Transport Board is today denying reports that hundreds of commuters were left stranded inside the Fairchild Street Bus Terminal last night.

The Transport Board’s Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager Lynda Holder told Barbados TODAY this morning that when she left the terminal at 8 p.m. yesterday there was no one in the facility.

As for a photograph, which has been circulating showing a crowded Fairchild Street Terminal, Holder said there no indication as to what time it was taken.

What would you expect other than what the picture shows, this is how bajans are treated as like second class citizens, if this picture is accurate. or not. Notice something there isn’t a white face in the crowd to be seen….

Talking bare shyte as usual. What white face have to do with anything? I drive on the road daily and see all sorts of vehicles including very high end ones and 99.9% of the times they are driven by black people. What the heck does race have to do with it? Is Barbados a predominantly white country?

The accusation is a damn lie.

You need to get a life!!!

      I didn’t state anything.

I indeed shared a photo that had information written on it. I didn’t make any personal statements

I am glad the Transport authority was able to clarify the situation.

There are lots of information being shared and the untrue is mixed with the true – it is unfortunate

As far back as i could remember, when taking public transportation , I hardly saw many “white” faces. Now that every Tom, Dick and Harry along with Mary, Anne and Jane , it will be even more difficult to see WHITE BAJANS on a public bus.

Tom, Dick and Harry , along with Mary, Anne and Jane is in the position to own an automobile, white faces will be less seen on public transportation.
