St Joseph man sent up to Dodds

courtA 21-year-old St Joseph resident was remanded into custody Friday on several serious offences, including a firearm charge.

Shaquille Ricardo Dawson of Branchbury #2 was arrested and charged on September 19 for recklessly engaging in conduct which placed Bronson Leacock in danger of death or serious bodily harm and for using a firearm without a valid licence.

He was not required to plead to the offence when he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the No 1 District ‘A’ Court Friday afternoon.

Dawson re-appears in the District ‘F’ Magistrates’ Court on September 30.
