Elcock accused of making threats and loitering

courtAkeem Shaquille Elcock was yesterday remanded into custody at HMP Dodds after he was unable to secure a surety to post bail.

The 21-year-old of Arch Hall, St Thomas is charged with using the threatening words, “I gine kill you. I gine Kill you. Watch your back. You get me charged,” towards Angela Elcock on September 14.

He is also accused of loitering in Bagatelle Terrace on September 18 without being unable to give a satisfactory account of himself.

Elcock was not required to plead when he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court this morning.

He goes before the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court on September 28.
