Tudor warned to stay away from alleged victim

A 29-year-old labourer from St Michael has been warned to stay away from his alleged victim.

This was one of the conditions imposed on Akeem Olusha Tudor of #73 Regent Hill, Pinelands, St Michael in order for him to secure bail.

Tudor is charged with trespassing at the home of Ruth Sam on August 23 and committing criminal damage.

When he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District “A” No 1 Court, the police prosecutor said he had no objections to bail after Tudor pleaded not guilty to the offence.

The accused man was also ordered to report to the Station Hill Police Station every Wednesday by 10 a.m.

He was granted $3, 000 bail with one surety and will re-appear in the District ‘A’ No 2 Magistrates’ Court on December 6.
