courtActing Chief Magistrate Christopher Birch yesterday imposed a curfew on a St Philip teen charged with several offences against a police officer.

Khalid Shaquone Stoute, 17, of Blades Hill # 2, is accused of using abusive language against Police Constable Sanaj Lewis in the execution of his duties on September 15.

According to the charge sheet Stoute allegedly told the constable: “I live bout hey, I ain’t gine no f****** way.”

It is also alleged that the teen obstructed, assaulted and resisted officer Lewis in the execution of his duties.

He pleaded not guilty to the four charges.

However Birch told the 17-year-old that he had to be indoors by 6 p.m. daily and that he could not leave before 6 a.m.

Stoute is also to report to the District ‘C’ Police Station every Friday before 9:30 a.m.

He will re-appear on Jan 17, 2017.
