Mahalia’s Corner delights

Mahalia’s Corner continued last Sunday and, staying true to form, was fantastic as usual.

Performing to a full house, 2 Mile Hill featured artiste Buggy Nhakente and spotlight artiste Clay Haynes gave patrons their monies worth and a bit extra.

2 Mile Hill performed songs like I Want You Back, Burn, What About Today, Billion Dollars and The Way. Mahalia, lead singer with the group, was phenomenal in her rendition of War.

Buggy, who is resides in Qatar, thrilled the audience with his smooth vocals that they have come to know and love.

He sang many hits including Best Friend, Tek Way Mi Star, Hold Me Close, Easy Like Sunday Morning and Just A Man, among many others.

Clay Haynes, who performed in the open mic segment, was also exceptional.

The ‘Corner’ continues this Sunday when the spotlight will be on Damien Marvay and Iron Pipe.
