Albert must stay away from Holloway

Junior Nicholas Carlton Albert was warned to stay away from his alleged victim when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court Monday.

Albert, 47, of King William Street, St Michael is charged with assaulting Danielle Holloway on September 10 and causing her actual bodily harm.

He pleaded not guilty to the offence and was granted $3,000 bail with one surety by Magistrate Douglas Frederick.

He re-appears in the No. 2 Court on November 24.
