Unwanted guest granted bail

courtKevin Omar Branch was yesterday released on bail after spending three days at the Psychiatric Hospital.

Branch, of Chapman Village, St Andrew, admitted on Monday to unlawfully entering the Radisson Aquatica Resort on May 16 after he was told not to do so.

The 26-year-old apprentice engineer was granted $2,000 bail with one surety when he reappeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick thursday morning.

A presentencing report was also ordered for Branch who is scheduled to reappear in court on November 25.
